Boysen Thalo Blue Oil is a concentrated alkyd-based tinting paint for use with other oil and enamel paints. It's designed to be mixed with a white base to create pastel to medium blue shades with an even finish. For darker colors, it's recommended to use premixed paints instead of tinting.
